Cancellations & Returns

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within TWENTY ONE (21) days from the day of delivery.

Upon receipt of complete boxes of undamaged product, we will refund:

  • the full purchase price (excluding¬†initial delivery where applicable)
  • in these circumstances we will NOT refund RETURN delivery charges
  • returned items will be processed within two working days of receipt at Pharmasure.

Return of Damaged Product or Incorrect Orders

You may exchange your goods or obtain a full refund if the goods in your order are damaged or faulty upon receipt, or if the goods you have received are not the goods you originally ordered.

  • We will refund the full purchase price (including initial delivery where applicable)
  • OR despatch replacement items to you free of charge
  • We will refund the return delivery cost (please include a receipt with your return)

How to Return Your Goods

Please contact our Customer Care team for a Goods Return Number (GR Number) BEFORE sending any returns.

Please pack the goods so that they are not damaged in transit and remember to include a receipt if claiming for return carriage.

Write your GR Number (obtained from our customer care team) on the outside of the return parcel.
